On 21st December 2011 Angel Navarro Moya was appointed as Regional Manager for the Philippines.

Angel is a PADI Course Director for several years and has experienced working with disabled people a few years ago.

Angel is highly motivated with regard to diving and diver training for disabled people in the Philippines.
